To celebrate Chinese New Year, executive chef Joshua Davidson has produced a menu inspired by traditional Chinese food which will be available in Hacienda Sydney and Q Dining from 16th February until 4th March.
Designed to be enjoyed alongside our regular menu options, at Q Dining and Hacienda Sydney this year you can experience the tastes of China right in the heart of Sydney.
Not only will there be great food and beverages on offer at Q Dining and Hacienda, there will be buzzing entertainment around Circular Quay. The Chinese New Year Sydney Festival will be putting on a real show - 8.15pm fireworks over Sydney Harbour, as well as the Harbour bridge being lit up by a vibrant red glow.
While you are walking around Circular Quay you will also run into life-size Lunar Lanterns which will be illuminated in bright colours.
