As lasers paint the Opera House, settle in for our Special VIVID Set-Menu Dinner and Vivid A la carte Lunch from 23 May - 14 June 2025. Choose from saffron crab linguine, spicy tuna tartare, or wild‑mushroom pâté, then move to mains like pistachio‑pesto snapper or truffle‑laced O’Connor tenderloin. Finish with poached pear steeped in mulled wine or zesty lemon pavlova. Available every dinner service during the festival.
Vivid at Hacienda
Step into Hacienda, our harbourside oasis, with uninterrupted view sweeping over Sydney Harbour. We are serving up 5 exclusive Vivid themed cocktails. Chase the sunset at Dream Hour (Mon–Fri, 3‑6 pm), then stay to watch the foreshore ignite; a $60‑pp minimum applies after 6 pm.
