Our Sydney Harbour restaurant

Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is proud to feature one of Sydney's finest restaurants: the elegant Q dining.

Savour the culinary passion and creativity of our Executive Chef, Stefan Brademann focusing on locally sourced, fresh seasonal produce.

The elegant setting at Q dining was inspired by our magnificent waterfront location, overlooking East Circular Quay. Q dining’s modern dining room features glass in primary colours, steel tones and a chic, contemporary design.

Modern flavours enhance the visual experience at this waterfront restaurant on Sydney Harbour. Our micro-seasonal menu focuses on the freshest, local ingredients and indigenous spices, celebrating the diversity of Australia’s cuisine. Choose from hand-crafted charcuterie samples, artisan Cheeses or choose a wine from our award winning wine list.

Executive Chef Stefan Brademann collaborates closely with artisan suppliers and primary producers within the Sydney basin to deliver patrons the freshest seasonal dishes and most outstanding wine pairings. Whether you seek a sumptuous breakfast, or a romantic couple’s night dinner, Q dining provides an exceptional fine dining experience.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For reservations, please contact (02) 9256 4000.
